Negotiated the off-market acquisition of 57 acres within a $4.6 Billion, 1,300-acre master planned community of a publicly traded developer. Parcel is the only industrial zoned land in the Ho’opili master plan. Represented rare opportunity to acquire scarce industrial land on Oahu. Project consists of a 43.8-acre, 32 lot industrial subdivision. Jupiter was constructing all horizontal infrastructure, when a global retailer approached Jupiter to purchase the entire project.
